The Occupational Safety & Health Section (OSHA) enforces state occupational safety and health regulations and provides training to construction employers and employees. The training is focused on reducing occupational fatalities, injuries and illnesses and the regulated high cost of doing business in the state. Fall protection is a concern in the residential construction industry.
